RETURN ELIGIBILITY FOR FULL-PRICED ITEMS
  • Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the date of you receiving your order.
  • For all full-priced items that remain unworn and in their original condition, we offer store credit and/or exchanges equivalent to the purchase value.  
  • Please note: We do not offer refunds.
  • Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

    • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

    • Bespoke or made-to-order items

    • International orders

    • Final sales or special items
  • Our warranty covers your jewelry for a period of 3 months. This warranty does not include accessories or apparel, nor does it cover tarnishing caused by contact with cleaning chemicals or severe oxidation resulting from high pH skin levels.
