WARRANTIES

  • Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • For all full-priced items that remain unworn and in their original condition, we offer store credit and/or exchanges equivalent to the purchase value.  
  • Please note: We do not offer refunds.

  • Our warranty covers your jewelry for a period of 3 months. This warranty does not include accessories or apparel, nor does it cover tarnishing caused by contact with cleaning chemicals or severe oxidation resulting from high pH skin levels.

DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY

Neither we nor any third parties warrant or guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials available on the Website for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly disclaim liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. PLACING AN ORDER

By completing and submitting an order form on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price (including delivery fees, other charges, and taxes) at the time of order placement, and authorizing us to collect the due payment via your credit card. Upon accepting your order, we will send you an email confirming the order details and the total price of the goods. We will communicate with you regarding your order via email, and you agree to provide us with current, complete, and accurate information, including a valid email address.

ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF ORDERS

We reserve the right to decline any order and/or refuse to supply products to any individual or company at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the requested product is out of stock, or there is an error in the price or product description displayed on the Website or in your order. Each order accepted by us constitutes a separate binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the relevant products. We will fulfill each accepted order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If we decline to accept or cancel an order for which payment has already been received, we will issue a full refund without any further liability.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Siloe Jewelry endeavors to accurately display product stock status; however, stock levels are subject to constant change and are only valid at the time of display.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

We deliver products in accordance with our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. The Shipping and Delivery Policy is available for review on the Website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

PRICES AND GST

All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are only valid for online purchases at the time of display. For orders within Australia, the displayed price includes Australian GST but excludes postage and packaging fees. A summary of these fees can be found in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order in full prior to its dispatch. We will issue a full refund for cancelled orders and will not charge any cancellation fees. However, once the order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
  • You provide an unauthorized credit card;
  • We are unable to process payment using the provided credit card;
  • You submit invalid personal information;
  • You fail to provide acceptable proof of identity when requested;
  • The product is no longer available;
  • We have reasonable grounds to believe that delivery cannot be successfully completed.
We will attempt to notify you before cancelling your order.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

You must pay all fees and charges using the online payment methods available on the Website. If we are unable to successfully process the credit card payment for your accepted order, we may notify you and cancel the order. You authorize us to debit the total amount due for the accepted order from your nominated credit card provider. You must not use or attempt to use any fraudulent or unlawful means to pay for products. We will provide you with a receipt upon delivery, specifying the total fees and charges for the ordered products, any out-of-stock items, and the refund amount credited back to your payment card. Credit card information collected for product purchases on Siloe Jewelry is processed by Shopify Payments or Paypal. Both Shopify Payments and Paypal are committed to data security and employ a range of technologies and procedures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

If you create an account with us, you will be required to set a password. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
