Processing Times

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and our made-to-order model, all orders require more days to process before dispatch based on the details.


Please note that public holidays may also affect processing times.

Australia Domestic Shipping

  • All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100, $9.95 under. Express shipping for $12.95.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. If you do not receive this information, please contact us at info@siloejewelry.com.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via Australia Post or else and may require a signature upon delivery. Rates vary based on 

  • Please note product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes, customs duties, or import fees which may be charged by your country’s customs or postal authorities.

  • NZ & Oceania: Express (2–7 business days): Free over $200 AUD, $24.95 under

    UK, US, Canada, Mexico & Puerto Rico: Express (3–6 business days): Free over $100 USD, $14.95 USD under

After placing your order with Siloe Jewelry, you will receive email updates at every important step:

  • Confirmation of your purchase

  • Notification when your order has been shipped

  • Your tracking number, provided once your order ships
